The deadline for Sport Missione Comune 2024 has been extended, the call for tenders from the Istituto per il Credito Sportivo e Culturale SpA created in collaboration with the ANCI That supports the construction, redevelopment and energy efficiency interventions of public sports facilities through loans at a completely reduced interest rate for Territorial Authorities.
Until December 5ththe Municipalities, the Unions of Municipalities, the Municipalities in associated form, the Metropolitan Cities, the Provinces and the Regions will be able to request a loan at a completely reduced rate to renovate, make more efficient and equip sports facilities.
Local authorities will be able to take out mortgages at a completely reduced interest rate to finance interventions such as construction, expansion, improvement, energy efficiency of sports facilities; higher expenses due to price changes resulting from the increase in the cost of construction materials; co-financing for PNRR resources, regional tenders, Sport and Suburbs; creation of cycle paths.
Due to the high number of requests received, the Institute for Sports and Cultural Credit has decided to extend Sport Missione Comune, giving local authorities the opportunity to benefit from over 100 million euros for fixed rate mortgages to be stipulated by on December 31, 2024 with the possibility of obtaining a total reduction in interest if contracts with a duration of up to 10 years.
