Prabhati Insurance Company Ltd. held on September 25, 2024. In the 137th meeting of its Board of Directors, Alhaj Mofizur Rahman was elected as Chairman and Maruf Sattar Ali as Vice-Chairman.
Prabhati Insurance Co. Ltd. Chairman of the Board of Directors. The 28th Annual General Meeting was held on September 25, 2024 on digital platform under the chairmanship of Momin Ali. In the meeting, the report of the board of directors, the auditor’s report and the audited accounts for the financial year ended 2023 were unanimously approved.
The meeting approved a 12.5 percent cash dividend for 2023 expressing satisfaction with the company’s business success.
The company’s director Shahjahan Kabir, Pradeep Kumar Das, Prof. Dr. Md. joined the meeting online. Syeduzzaman, Habibur Rahman Chief Executive Officer. Shareholders including Jahedul Islam, Company Secretary Mohammad Motaher Hossain and Chief Financial Officer Mohammad Sirajul Islam.
