The contemporary art space YARAT invites you to immerse yourself in the topic of how we communicate with ourselves and the people around us at the Night, which will take place on October 12. Building on the themes of previous editions – understanding our inner world and accepting the world around us – this year’s event will highlight how we express our thoughts and emotions through various forms of communication, Day.Az reports.

Sound therapy with Ilkhama Babayeva
Under the leadership of Ilkhama Babayeva, the following events will take place as part of the session:
– Lecture on sound therapy and the use of singing bowls
– Sound therapy session
– Vocal yoga
– Question and answer session
– Execution of the mantra.
Participants will learn to achieve a meditative state through sound, release repressed emotions and establish healthy communications.

Intellectual game: “Gateway Creator”
Detective game St. Twins offers a thrilling noir-style adventure. You’ll solve a complex crime in a limited amount of time, gathering evidence from case files, police reports, newspaper articles and witness statements to bring the criminal(s) to justice. Feel like a real detective in the atmosphere of dark jazz and rainy streets of 1950s America!

Master class: “Untold Stories” with Leila Gabulova
The master class invites participants to explore the subjectivity of individual experience and perception. Working in pairs, participants will portray the emotions presented to them from their own perspectives, then share and discuss how the same feelings can be experienced differently. This process promotes mutual understanding and better acceptance of others.

With the participation of DEWAR, Shahriyar Imanov, Pyunhan Azim and Rashad Rayyan
This event will give participants the opportunity to experience the purest form of artistic communication through the electronic music of DEWAR, the tar playing of Shahriyar Imanov and the rich emotions of gyazels performed by Pyunhan Azim and Rashad Rayyan.
