For his part, Mr. Jaime Naranjo Ortiz welcomed the strong ties that unite the Kingdom of Morocco and the Republic of Chile, noting that Morocco and Chile enjoy an excellent geostrategic position and that the Kingdom aims to be a gateway of Africa and a model to follow in several areas.

The Chilean parliamentary delegation highlighted aspects of cooperation between the two legislative institutions and the broad prospects of cooperation between the two countries in general, in vital areas, namely artificial intelligence, climate change, agriculture , tourism, economy, social and spatial development, and other issues of mutual interest.

The delegation of the Chile-Morocco Parliamentary Friendship Group is made up of Carla Morales Maldonado, Catalina Del Real Mihovilovic, Cristian Moreira Barros, Juan Santana Castillo, Marcela Riquelme Aliaga and Sofia Cid Versalovic.
