After political activism in various movements and parties and a brief experience as a councilor (he was deputy of the mayor Paolo Tommasino), the mandurian Nicola Muscogiuri returns to make the pages of national newspapers talk about itself. «In the city in French Switzerland – says Repubblica -, the university education company – registered in the cantonal commercial register with 20,000 euros of share capital – does not have any structure, nor offices, nor employees; is made up of three Italian members resident in Manduria, Rome and Borgo a Mozzano in Lucca and one domiciled in Lugano. The headquarters of Unicampus Hetg has been in Geneva, since September 2023, and has been established in a Swiss law firm managed by Italian lawyers”.
From the newspaper we also discover that the graduation sessions of pro-rector Muscogiuri they take place in Rome, in the headquarters of the Catholic Teachers Association, a historic teaching institution which is accredited by the Ministry of Education and Merit for its IT courses. It is a necessary support for a company without permits in Italy.
To ruin the plans of the new business of the former Mandurian lawyer, it is now the competition that has presented two complaints to the Ministry of Education and University for the improper use of the suffix “Uni”. Because, in fact, Muscogiuri’s company is not a university.
The complaint reads: “For all intents and purposes, the Unicampus Hetg company is among the institutes that operate on Italian territory without being recognized and without any authorization. Furthermore, it is not even accredited in Switzerland and uses the acronym ‘uni’ in violation of federal law.”
