‘Helene’ strengthens into a Category 4 hurricane and approaches the Florida coast

The NHC predicts that Hurricane ‘Helene’, located in the Gulf of Mexico, will impact northwest Florida in a few hours.

According to AFP, most stores have closed and many have their windows protected by wooden planks and sandbags.

On the other hand, the remnants of ‘Helene’ will cause rain in parts of the Mexican territory such as Campeche, Quintana Roo, Yucatán, Tamaulipas and Veracruz.
