According to Ixfan, the victim, known as Muhammad Ramdan (13), a resident of Pondoktisuk Village, RT 03, RW 08, Balekambang Village, Nagrak District, Sukabumi Regency, continued to cross the railway crossing without a gate when KA 204A Pangrango, connecting Bogor-Sukabumi, was about to pass from Bogor. heading to Sukabimi at 15.50 WIB at km 43+8/9 on the Cibadak-Cisaat road.

It is suspected that the victim, who was riding a Honda Beat motorbike, was not paying attention to the warning signs and was still determined to cross the railway crossing.
As a result, an accident could not be avoided where the victim and the motorbike he was driving were thrown several meters as a result of being hit by the Pangrango train. The victim also suffered injuries to the head and was taken to Sekarwangi Regional Hospital by local residents, but unfortunately his life could not be saved because of serious injuries to the head.
