Similarly, Fern Residency, located at some distance from DY Stadium, is charging Rs 2 lakh as rent for three nights. Regenza by Tunga hotel located in Vashi is charging Rs 4.45 lakh for three nights. Generally the nightly fare in these hotels ranges between ₹7,000 to ₹30,000.
