The Renap DPI Night in October 2024 will allow Guatemalans to complete several procedures pending, such as the IPR application, amendments and registrations, among other procedures. Find out the date it will be held and the location of the participating offices!

He National Registry of Persons —Renap— announced the date on which the DPI Night in Octoberan event designed to make it easier for Guatemalans to process their Personal Identification Document -DPI- and other procedures, in a extended hours. This special day, which will be held on Wednesday, October 2, 2024, will extend opening hours in several offices in the country until 8:00 p.m.

DPI Night is ideal for those citizens who, due to work, academic commitments or other reasons, cannot go to the Renap offices during their usual hours. During this day, participating offices will offer extended hours, allowing users to carry out various procedures:

• Request again —DPI—
• Delivery of previously requested DPI
• Corrections and amendments in documents
• Issuance of registration certifications
• Registration of births and other vital events

By October 2024, a total of 12 offices in six departments will be operating with these extended hours.

In the department of Guatemala, the offices that will be open until 8:00 pm on October 2 are the following:

• RENAP Headquarters in the Rus Shopping Center: Calzada Roosevelt 12-76, Zone 7, second level.
• Zone 9 Office: 11 calle 5-59, Zone 9, Guatemala City.
• San Juan Sacatepequez: 6a. Avenida 10-61, Zone 4, San Juan Sacatepéquez.
• Metronorte: CA-9 North, Ruta al Atlántico, 10-44, Metronorte Shopping Center, local 306, Zone 17.
• New Villa: 1a. Calle 3-87, Zone 5, Pradera Express Villa Nueva Shopping Center.

For those who cannot attend DPI Night, the institution offers a wide range of services at its portal web eportal.renap.gob.gt and through the RENAP SE mobile applicationavailable for both iOS and Android devices. From these digital platforms, users can manage procedures such as the replacement of DPI due to loss, theft or deterioration, as well as various certifications, including:

• Replacement of IPR due to loss, theft or deterioration
