The Voiceless Voice for Human Rights (VSV) welcomes the actions taken by the governor of Kinshasa city province, Mr. Daniel Bumba for supervising demonstrators during the reception and national integration meeting of political opponent Martin Fayulu Madidi scheduled to for Saturday August 31, 2024 in Kinshasa.
In fact, the activists of the Commitment for Citizenship and Development (Ecidé) and LAMUKA will welcome their leader at Ndjili international airport before accompanying him to Mambenga area in Ndjili commune where he will hold a meeting.
The political activist returns from the United States of America where he went to attend the Democratic Party Convention.
The VSV encourages the provincial authorities to respect the right to expression guaranteed by the Constitution of the Democratic Republic of the Congo and asks them to continue this momentum in consolidating democracy and respect for the human rights and fundamental freedoms of the Congolese and the Congolese all .
The VSV also invites Ecidé and LAMUKA activists and supporters to behave with dignity as good citizens by avoiding all forms of excess and violence during these two demonstrations.
