Michel Blanc distinguished himself in the dramatic program as in the comedy program. But we admit it: his character Jean-Claude Dusse in “Les bronzés”, especially in the second part (1979), on the slopes of Val d’Isère, is still the most famous. And the French Ski School (CSE) has not forgotten this since she tried to send him an offer message on LinkedIn, as seen by BFMTV.
“CSE instructors pay tribute to Michel Blanc, a skier who proved that one should never give up, in love and on a chair lift. Bonnevie, CSE instructor, one of the founders of CSE Val d’Isère and who taught him the famous stick stand.”
The publication refers to the scene where Jean-Claude Dusse is still stuck on a lift car but also to the scene where his instructor gives him “a short lesson on the stick plant” before going to “have a glass of mulled wine”, until Michel Blanc’s character breaks down.
Fernand Bonnevie, who was actually a ski instructor, died in 2013 at the very respectable age of 98 years.
