In principle, any citizen of Guinea who meets the conditions set by law
Elections can be a candidate for the presidential election and/or elections
legislative and local. In any case, it cannot be found in any of the cases
of ineligibility provided for by law.
In our legislation as in other foreign legislation, yes
several cases of ineligibility provided for in texts of various sectors: Penal Code,
Local authorities code, Electoral Code, Basic Charter, Constitution
and International Treaties.

I hope that this brief reminder of the texts will help to stimulate debate and reflection.
to restore democratic order in Guinea, in strict compliance with the
law and commitments made.
