This is the test prototype of an all-terrain vehicle intended for circulation on lunar soil that is being developed for future astronaut expeditions to the lunar surface, as part of NASA‘s Artemis program. Some missions in NASA’s Apollo program already had a car to allow astronauts to navigate lunar terrain more easily, and in the near future those in the Artemis program will be able to do the same. The development work of the vehicle is carried out by the Johnson Space Center in Houston, United States, with the collaboration of the companies Intuitive Machines, Lunar Outpost and Venturi Astrolab.
