Based on the project of the Azerbaijan Cultural Center named after Heydar Aliyev in Uzbekistan, a book dedicated to Azerbaijan was published in the city of Tashkent Country of Fire – Azerbaijan (“Land of Fire – Azerbaijan”) in Uzbek.

As Day.Az was informed in the center, the author of the publication is a famous journalist-researcher Sharafiddin Tulaganov. The book provides extensive information about the history of Azerbaijan’s statehood, the Azerbaijani people, as well as culture, art, literature, national holidays, and days of mourning. The book talks about national leader Heydar Aliyev, President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev, First Vice-President Mehriban Aliyeva, cultural centers in the city of Shusha, as well as the history and cultural ties of Azerbaijan and Uzbekistan, the Armenian-Azerbaijani conflict, etc.

The center’s information emphasizes that Sharofiddin Tulaganov, considered one of the famous journalists of Uzbekistan, took part in media tours to Azerbaijan. He visited the lands liberated from occupation, witnessing Armenian vandalism.

Let us note that this book will be presented in Tashkent in the coming days and transferred to leading libraries and higher educational institutions of Uzbekistan.
