Late, but still: The daily press hereby confirms receipt of the reimbursement of costs of EUR 14,542.21, to which the FPÖ Lower Austria was legally sentenced. Our legal representation will therefore refrain from initiating enforcement proceedings.
It should be positively mentioned that the amount was paid in the FPÖ enemy currency, the euro, not in rubles or shillings. And this is done via electronic transfer and not, as is usual with the Freedom Party, via a sports bag.
The editorial team is aware that the FPÖ will sorely lack the money to accumulate luxury expenses at Chanel, Louis Vuitton and Rolex, sip champagne or sue other artists at taxpayer expense. Fortunately, the 11.36 million euros in party funding comes at just the right time. And maybe the Graz meth cook can help out?
Explanation
In a separate press release With the strange title “Fake News of the Daily Press” (“Pizza of the Pizzeria”?), the FPÖ explains how the late payment came about: “As of September 30th, neither a billing address nor an account number (…) has been given. The procedure is completely devoid of custom and normality.”
As is well known, custom and normality are the central values of the Party of Individual Cases – which can be found in its catalog of values, which is based on an SS song.
We apologize for the misunderstanding that has arisen and are happy to help clarify:
- Our billing address is on the statement of claim, that you brought against us.
- It is also in the imprint, from which you apparently took our address for the lawsuit.
- But an invoice is not necessary anyway, because it is a payment ordered by the court and not a fake fee note from the think tank.
(To explain: In this case, a dish is not a schnitzel, not a medium-rare slice of meat or an Andreas Gabalier label, but an organ of jurisprudence. It has to follow the law, not politics. And unlike inns in Lower Austria, it has to do not adhere to any Panier quota.)
The editorial team is also surprised to note that our account number is also unknown to the FPÖ NÖ (which, by the way, is also in the legal notice and also on all documents in the proceedings).
One question concerns us: If you don’t know our account number, who carried out the transfer of the reimbursement of costs for the interim injunction on September 7, 2023 in the amount of EUR 2,207.04 from the FPÖ Lower Austria account to our account? A hacker? We strongly recommend changing your password “hello” on “heilheilheilheil” (twice as safe)!
Apparently the FPÖ Lower Austria was able to answer all the open questions itself anyway. Even after September 30th, we have not provided a billing address or an account number. We still received the payment.
So, until the next trial,
Your editorial team
