Israeli Olympic swimmer Ron Polonsky recorded a marvelous achievement last night (Thursday-Friday) when he won a bronze medal at the PAC12 Championship in the U.S. College League in the 200m individual medley. Polonsky of Stanford University did it in a time of 1: 40.71 minutes, Fast from Criterion A to the College Championship, and became the third freshman (first year) swimmer in the history of the College League thanks to his result.

The winner of the ointment was another Olympian, Arizona State’s Frenchman Leon Marshan, with 1: 39.65, and he climbed to first place among the first-year swimmers in history.
