September 27, 2024 between State Agency for Vocational Education under the Ministry of Science and Education and CJSC “Defense Industry Holding “Azersilah”” was memorandum signed on mutual understanding to support the training of qualified personnel in accordance with the requirements of the labor market.
As reported to Day.Az on Monday in the State Agency for Vocational Education, the memorandum provides for cooperation for the purpose of mutual training of personnel in 20 specialties, including lathe and milling machine operators, mechanics, mechanics, electricians, improving their knowledge and skills, as well as the joint development of modern educational plans and programs. In addition, it is planned to involve professional specialists from Azersilakh CJSC in the educational process in vocational education institutions.
During the meeting, the parties discussed expanding cooperation and determining further steps. Director of the State Agency for Vocational Education Jeyhun Karamov emphasized the importance of cooperation with employers in the field of vocational education, noting that the measures implemented in this direction contribute to the development of vocational education.
General Director of Defense Industry Holding Azersilakh CJSC Emil Ibragimov noted that students will be supported in creating conditions for undergoing industrial training and practice on the basis of the holding, providing scholarships and employment opportunities to selected students, as well as in other areas.
Starting from the new academic year, more intensive activities are expected to be carried out according to a mutually agreed plan of action.
