During the day, the Israeli Air Force carried out a series of new attacks on targets of the Shiite organization Hezbollah in southern Lebanon.

As Day.Az reports with reference to TASS, the army press service reported this.

According to her information, among the targets attacked were weapons warehouses, missile launchers, and other military infrastructure facilities. Strikes were also carried out against individual units of armed Hezbollah supporters.

“The Israel Defense Forces will continue to attack Hezbollah’s terrorist infrastructure and weaken its military potential in Lebanon,” the press service said.

On September 23, the Israeli army launched Operation Arrows of the North against Hezbollah formations, during which it carried out massive airstrikes on military targets of the Lebanese organization. As a result of one of the attacks on September 27, Hezbollah Secretary General Hassan Nasrullah was killed in Beirut. The organization confirmed his death and promised to continue to oppose Israel. On the night of October 1, the Israeli army announced the start of a ground operation in the border areas of southern Lebanon.
