This summer too, over 3,000 children purchased the “Hexe Nix hiking booklet” and explored the Alpe di Siusi Dolomite region with great enthusiasm.
Thanks to the generous donations in exchange for the hiking booklet, a good 10,000 euros were donated: 5,000 euros went to the South Tyrolean Children’s Village and another 5,000 euros were donated to the humanitarian organization Momo, which supports palliative children in South Tyrol Adige.
Since 2019, Seiser Alm Marketing has supported children’s charities in South Tyrol.
Since then, 35,000 euros in donations have been collected.
Helmut Mitterstieler, president of Seiser Alm Marketing, presented a check on behalf of the many little hikers to Margit Tauber, vice president of the South Tyrolean Children’s Village, and Heidi Senoner, president of Momo.
Helmut Mitterstieler emphasizes: “By purchasing the hiking booklet, our young hikers understand that not all children are so privileged or seriously ill. Your donation directly helps children and young people in need.”
The lovingly illustrated “Hexe Nix” hiking booklet contains 20 adventurous routes to the most beautiful places in the Dolomites.
During the “Checkpoint Mission,” children enthusiastically insert symbols into their bracelets.
Depending on the number of symbols collected, children will receive a diploma and a surprise. The exciting trails become more and more popular every year and attract more and more young hikers who diligently collect the badges on their bracelets and thus continue to donate for the good cause.
