This is draft decree No. 2.24.397 modifying and supplementing Decree No. 2.11.672 of 27 Moharrem 1433 (December 23, 2011) establishing and organizing regional centers for education and training professions.
This project is implemented in application of the provisions of framework law No. 51.17 relating to the system of education, training and scientific research, in particular its article 38, indicated the Minister Delegate in charge of Relations with Parliament, spokesperson for the government, Mustapha Baitas, during a press briefing after the Council.
It is also part of the adaptation to the provisions of Decree No. 2.24.140 of February 23, 2024 relating to the special status of civil servants of the Ministry of National Education, in particular those relating to the conditions required for recruitment and appointment in certain frameworks, through basic training in the different cycles and sectors concerned by training in the regional centers for education and training professions, underlined Mr. Baitas.
This project, he continued, aims to modify and supplement the provisions of decree n°2.11.672 relating to the creation and organization of regional centers for education and training professions, as it has been modified and completed, through the definition of the missions assigned to the center, particularly in the areas of basic training and continuing training, advanced training and special training for the benefit of certain executives and managers, as well as in the area of theoretical and practical scientific research, while setting the profiles of the center’s civil servants, the basic training cycles and sectors, the access conditions and the diplomas awarded at the end of the training according to each sector.
