Ajith starrer ‘Valaimai’, which was released on the 24th of last month, has caused a stir as the nine-day gross of the film is said to be close to Rs 200 crore.
‘Strength’ is proud to be the first film to be released in Tamil Nadu in more than 900 theaters in the 100 year history of Tamil cinema and despite the negative reviews for the film, the family audience is said to be flocking to the film.
It has been reported that the film has grossed Rs 100 crore in just five days and is now approaching Rs 200 crore in 9 days. The film is said to be still number one not only in India but also in Malaysia
It is said that ‘Strength’ has grossed Rs 197 crore worldwide so far and in a couple of days the film will reach Rs 200 crore. However, the actual collection status of the film will be known only when the production team reveals the details of the ‘Strength’ collection.
