The Federal Minister of Energy said that if the price of electricity is less than 10 rupees per unit, the industries and the people will benefit. Agreements are to be revised in mutual consultation.

Owais Leghari said that under this initiative, the plants that we need and those that we don’t need are reviewed, some of the plants belong to the government which are making profit and also provide relief to the consumers by not giving profit to them. has been considered.

He said that in this regard, 5 IPPs of the private sector have been identified, which we do not need, we have started negotiations with them, all the terms of the agreements with them have been fairly reviewed. has gone so that they are not harmed.
