Kozhikode: A teacher was sexually assaulted while traveling in a KSRTC bus. The college teacher said that the person who was in the bus had entered. The woman added that despite reacting to the violence, no one, including the conductor, supported her.

The teacher from Kozhikode had a bad experience. The incident took place on the way to Kozhikode from Thiruvananthapuram yesterday. The incident took place between Ernakulam and Thrissur. The young woman first responded through Facebook. The passenger, who was sitting in the back while sleeping, was caught in the body. Despite the complaint, the bus conductor did not take the incident seriously and the conductor spoke in pain, the teacher said on Facebook Live. She added that a complaint would be lodged against him with the KSRTC and the police.

The teacher says that it was the conductor’s behavior that hurt her more than the violence and she did not recover from the trauma. The teacher said that instead of complaining to the bus staff and informing the police, they tried to resolve the issue. The teacher said that even when the vehicle was stopped at the highway police station at night, she did not accept the complaint and proceeded to take legal action. The teacher said that the students who were around her did not react to the incident and that was what made her very sad.
