According to reports, the incident occurred on October 8, when the little animal jumped from a tree to a post located on the corner of One and Two streets, in the San Pedro de los Pinos neighborhood, in the Benito Juárez mayor’s office. .

Given this, the little squirrel lost its life immediately after making contact with a high-tension cable.

However, it caused a fire in the wiring that was tied to the post, causing alarm among the neighbors, because the animal began to catch fire due to its fur. The squirrel’s body was left on the floor.
