I highly appreciate the activities of the Azerbaijani media in the fight against disinformation.
As Day.Az reported on Friday with reference to Trend, the chairman of the Azerbaijan Press Council said this Rashad Medjid at the conference “New trends in modern media: information security and criteria of professionalism.”
He noted that he highly appreciates the activities of the media, especially TV, in the fight against disinformation.
“I consider the MediaLab project, organized jointly by the Media Development Agency and Azerbaijan Television, to be successful,” added Rashad Majid.
It should be noted that on October 11, a conference on the topic “New trends in modern media: information security and criteria of professionalism” was held at the Baku Business Center.
At the conference, which was attended by board members of the Press Council, management of the Media Development Agency, chief editors of media entities, opening speeches were made by the Chairman of the Press Council Rashad Mejid, the head of the sector of the Administration of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the executive director of the Media Development Agency.
