The Governing Council follows a presentation on preparations for Eid Al-Adha
Rabat – The Government Council followed, on Thursday, a presentation on the program of preparations for Eid Al-Adha, presented by the Minister of Agriculture, Maritime Fisheries, Rural Development and Water and Forests , Mohamed Sadiki.

Regarding the health aspect, the minister affirmed that the state of health of the national livestock is good, thanks to its health surveillance and protection against infectious diseases, noting that 1,486 food and veterinary drug control operations were carried out until May 31, 2024.
To deal with the consequences of the drought, the government official explained that the executive resorted, on an exceptional and temporary basis, to the opening of imports to increase supply and contribute to the preservation of the national livestock.
Furthermore, Mr. Baitas indicated that the Council opted to postpone the examination of Bill No. 35.23 relating to the first sale of maritime fishing products to a later date, with the aim of deepen your study.
