A man was arrested for allegedly vandalizing the offices of the National Institute of Transparency, Access to Information and Protection of Personal Data (INAI).
Through social networks, the arrest of a 24-year-old young man, identified as Sergio N, identified as the man captured on video who allegedly burst the windows of the facilities, was reported.

According to first reports, the arrest took place in the streets of the Tlalpan mayor’s office, after identifying the subject through video analysis of surveillance cameras.
After his arrest, the subject was transferred and presented before the corresponding Public Ministry agent, who will define his legal situation.
Prior to these events, the capital’s Prosecutor’s Office began an investigation file for the possible commission of the crime of malicious damage to property.
