It looks like 20,000 Indian students will be studying in Ukraine. Most will spend between Rs 15 lakh and Rs 30 lakh. Their educational institutions may also have been destroyed. Many will be mentally ill.
Their study has also been disrupted. The future hangs in the balance. Therefore, the rules should be relaxed and those students should be included in Indian educational institutions. Overseas Indians may be accommodated.
Adding them will strengthen the medical structure in India and help in the next epidemic, ”he said.
