Next meeting Milli Majlis Republic of Azerbaijan will take place on October 18.
Day.Az was informed about this in the press and public relations department of the Milli Majlis.
The meeting agenda includes the following 15 issues.
1. Bill of the Azerbaijan Republic on amendments to the laws of the Azerbaijan Republic “On the status of municipalities” and “On administrative control over the activities of municipalities” (third reading).
2. Bill of the Azerbaijan Republic on amendments to the Migration Code of the Azerbaijan Republic and the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic “On State Duty” (second reading).
3. The bill of the Azerbaijan Republic on amendments to the laws of the Azerbaijan Republic “On approval of the Internal Charter of the Milli Majlis of the Azerbaijan Republic”, “On the Constitutional Court” and “On approval of the Regulations on the Anti-Corruption Commission of the Azerbaijan Republic” (second reading).
4. Bill of the Azerbaijan Republic on amendments to the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic “On Tourism” (second reading).
5. Bill of the Azerbaijan Republic on amendments to the Criminal Code of the Azerbaijan Republic (second reading).
6. Bill of the Azerbaijan Republic on amendments to the Code of the Azerbaijan Republic on administrative offenses (second reading).
7. Bill of the Azerbaijan Republic on the creation of new municipalities in the Azerbaijan Republic by merging municipalities.
8. The bill of the Azerbaijan Republic on amendments to the “List of Municipalities in the Azerbaijan Republic” is an annex to the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic “On Territories and Lands of Municipalities”.
