“As part of monitoring the evolution of fee collection practices when paying invoices electronically, the Competition Council is pleased to announce that all economic operators affected by the invoicing practice customer service fees, have stopped making these deductions”, indicates a press release from the Council.

Then, other state services which had committed to putting an end to this practice effectively abandoned it from the start of 2024, namely the General Tax Directorate (DGI) and the National Fund. of Social Security (CNSS), thus marking the support of all the actors concerned by this practice in this action, the press release said.
