Morocco-France: Signature in Rabat of a technical cooperation action plan in the judicial field

It also concerns the exchange of information on legislative developments linked to the justice sector and technical support for justice reform projects.

Furthermore, MM. Ouahbi and Dupond Moretti examined the results of cooperation between the two ministries in the areas of administrative and technical cooperation and the broadening of its horizons, in line with international, national and regional developments linked to the field of justice.

They thus underlined the importance of strengthening cooperation in a way that reflects the good historical and strategic relations between the two countries, particularly in the areas of legislation, law and judicial administration.

In this regard, Mr. Ouahbi emphasized the importance of strengthening cooperation with France, highlighting the predominant role of this partnership in achieving the common objectives of developing the judicial system of the two countries.

For his part, Mr. Moretti expressed France’s willingness to cooperate with Morocco to achieve common objectives in the areas of modernization, digitalization and development of human resources capacities.

The signing of this action plan, which constitutes an important step towards promoting relations between Morocco and France, reflects the desire of the two countries to strengthen their cooperation in various areas of common interest.
