Adobe at the Max conference presented a new Super Sonic neural network that will be able to generate audio tracks based on a user’s text request. The AI will be able to recognize the author’s voice and images to create background audio and sound effects for video projects.

With the help of Super Sonic you can recognize objects at any point in the video sequence to generate the necessary sounds. It will also be possible to analyze the characteristics of the sound and voice spectrum to control the generation process. Super Sonic is currently only available as a demo, but there’s no word on when it will be available in Adobe Creative Suite applications. The function may subsequently be applied in the Adobe Premiere Pro video editing program.

Adobe previously announced the appearance of the Firefly Video Model artificial intelligence in the Premiere Pro video editor, designed for video generation. Users will be able to create videos based on text instructions and static images, as well as embed footage.
