Irina Arlimova spoke about the problem of three houses on this street at once – 2/1, 2/2 and 2/3. With the beginning of the heating season in Karaganda, they still did not see heat in their apartments. The problem, the resident says, is that the previous KSK left the boiler room in a terrible state. And to put it into operation now requires a lot of money, and monthly.
Already, according to the district akimat, a meeting was held with residents with the participation of staff members, as well as the housing inspection.
According to Irina Aleksandrovna, the akimat offered the residents two service companies that could solve the problem, but the prices for the solution turned out to be unaffordable for the residents. Many pensioners live in these houses, who, Irina continues, have a minimum pension. Previously, as the Karaganda woman says, the tariff was half as much, but even so, for a three-room apartment the bill came to more than 10 thousand tenge.
“We had a meeting, there were representatives of the akimat. But they can’t do anything. We were given two companies. When one of the representatives arrived and looked at the boiler room and what condition it was in, he said that the condition was deplorable. He set a tariff of 450 tenge per square meter, approximately,” explains a resident of the house.
But moreover, later this company completely refused to participate in this. The correspondent also found out the reason for the refusal from the resident of the house.
“The Akimat sends it to the companies, but we want it, we agree, we want it, no. Relations will be market ones. They set their own tariff. He did not agree, apparently because for most people it is expensive, and secondly, the boiler room itself is in a deplorable state. They (the akimat) help only by providing company, and we call ourselves,” continues Irina Arlimova.
Now the residents have elected a new chairman – another resident of this house. The choice fell on her because she understands this topic. However, nothing will be solved without any management or service company, as well as a heating engineer. The residents don’t have all this yet, but cold weather, snowstorms, snowstorms and sub-zero temperatures are just around the corner, which, by the way, are already at night.
In a worse but possible outcome, the residents of this station could repeat the fate of Ekibastuz, and this is very dangerous.
“Wherever we turn, and the time is already approaching, time is running out. There was already snow. We are all freezing, we are all cold,” says the Karaganda woman in despair.
The correspondent will continue to monitor the situation.
