Bad Muskau (Saxony) – On Friday night there was a paint attack on the house of AfD boss Tino Chrupalla (46). Perpetrators who have not yet been identified threw bags of paint against the windows and front door, and also daubed a property wall with the words “Kill Putin’s sow”.
The department of the LKA for the Police Counter-Terrorism and Extremism Center (PTAZ) has taken over the investigation into the incident. “Yes, that’s correct, we’re investigating in this case,” chief inspector Kay Anders told BILD.
The house of the Saxon politician was once again the target of an attack.
Chrupalla to IMAGE: “Tonight unknown persons demolished my house with paint and left symbols as signature. The reason for the color attack is apparently my commitment to de-escalation and peace. I’m not intimidated by that. Because nothing is more important than peace in Europe.”
The Putin war has hit the AfD hard, as the party has been committed to close relations with Russia for years. For example, Tino Chrupalla met Russia’s Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov and only appeared at a conference of the Russian Defense Ministry in June 2021.
