New Delhi: A total of 734 Keralites have been repatriated from Ukraine to Delhi and Mumbai as part of Operation Ganga. 529 returned from Delhi and 205 from Mumbai. With this the total number of people brought to Kerala from Ukraine became 2816.

Two chartered flights scheduled to arrive in Kochi on Sunday night from Delhi arrived in Kochi. The first flight, which arrived at 1.20 pm, had 178 passengers and the second flight, which arrived at 2.30 pm, had 173 passengers.

The first of the chartered flights scheduled for today reached Kochi at 6.30 pm. It had 178 passengers on board. Another chartered flight from Delhi to Kochi tonight. The plane was carrying 158 passengers.

There were 227 passengers arriving at Mumbai airport from Ukraine. Of these, 205 were repatriated, Norca Roots officials said. Nine students from Kannur and 13 students from Thiruvananthapuram will arrive in Kerala tomorrow morning.
