Signed by Nada Biaz, Director General of ENSA, and Shen Jie, Executive Vice-President of BAI, this MoU aims to strengthen cooperation between ENSA and BAI in the field of training of senior civil servants and to encourage exchanges of expertise.
During this meeting, which is part of a working visit carried out this week by an ENSA delegation to China, in-depth discussions made it possible to explore innovative practices in public management and prospects for collaboration. around joint research projects, co-organization of joint events and mutual visits of students, teachers and administrative staff.
On this occasion, Ms. Biaz presented an overview of ENSA, its missions and its CAP 2026 Strategy, while emphasizing the excellent training that the institution provides to future civil service executives in the Morocco.
Still as part of its visit to China, the ENSA delegation was received at the beginning of the week at the headquarters of Tianjin University, where the Moroccan institution presented its international opening strategy and highlighted forward its ambition to strengthen academic and institutional exchanges with its Chinese counterparts.
To this end, discussions have been initiated with the School of Public Administration of the Faculty of Management and Economics of Tianjin University, with a view to the upcoming signing of an MoU paving the way for projects research, joint events and shared academic programs.
Founded in 1993 by the municipal government of Beijing, the main mission of the BAI is to train executives, civil servants and administrative staff in the city of Beijing.
The BAI has nine teaching and research departments, 30 sections, in addition to 440 speakers, including 155 permanent professors, who provide training for approximately 9,100 beneficiaries each year.
Tianjin University, on the other hand, is considered the oldest modern university in China. Founded in 1895, it has three campuses, 30 colleges and welcomes around 40,000 students.
The ENSA delegation, led by Nada Biaz, includes Said Rachek, director of Resources, Programs, Training and Internships, as well as Rabii Leouifudi, director of Studies, Research and International Cooperation.
