#styleparbaat What Shweta Bachchan wore at Nita Ambani’s wedding should not get 10 out of 10 – why shweta bachchan gold tissue lehenga is not a good choice for anant ambani-radhika merchant wedding

by times news cr

It would not be wrong at all to say that the Ambani family is known for celebrating even small happiness in a royal manner. In such a situation, when there is talk of marriage of children of this family, it is sure to be discussed all over the world. However, the biggest reason for this is that a beautiful amalgamation of rituals and traditions is seen in the weddings of the Ambani family. At the same time, Mukesh Ambani also does not leave any opportunity to show his wealth.

This is also the reason why even the guests attending the weddings of the Ambani family have to take special care of each and every thing. The marriage of Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant was also exactly like this. The entire Ambani family left no stone unturned to make this wedding grand and glamorous. Everything from decoration to hospitality was first rate.

Not only this, there would hardly be any Bollywood star who has not attended this wedding. This is the reason why the glamor quotient of this party was very high. This is because most of the celebs tried to wear something which no one had tried before them. Amitabh Bachchan’s daughter Shweta Bachchan was also in this list. How was Shweta’s look?

It is not hidden from anyone that Bollywood stars wore clothes designed by famous designers to attend the wedding of Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant. The reason for this was that this was an opportunity on which the media all over the world were keeping an eye. In such a situation, everyone wanted to look special.

For this occasion, Shweta Bachchan had chosen India’s famous fashion designer Abu Jani Sandeep Khosla. She wore a golden colored lehenga from the designer’s collection, which was made from tissue silk fabric.

There is more work on the blouse than on the lehenga.

The lehenga that Shweta Bachchan had picked for herself did not have any traditional embroidery on it, rather it was decorated with the designer’s signature gota patti and lace work. To add popup to the lehenga, a pink colored stripe was also added to it, the hemline of which was rounded off with a green colored stripe.

This lehenga was paired with a Byzantine studded blouse, which had a deepcut neckline and half quarter sleeves. More embroidery was done on the blouse than the skirt portion, while the dupatta was kept light weight.

Jewelery hides the neckline

With this lightweight lehenga, Shweta Bachchan wore a jadau neckpiece made of gold and emerald, which was completely covering her neckline. The biggest draw back of this piece was that it did not allow Shweta’s blouse to reach the front leg. At the same time, the stylist had also kept the draping style of Shweta’s dupatta in a saree look, due to which her upper body appeared to be hidden. While keeping the look monotone, a colour-contrast touch was given, which seemed forcibly added.

Was this really the right choice?

Most of the celebs gave a royal touch to their look at the Ambani family wedding. Shweta Bachchan had also made the same attempt, in which she was not completely successful. This is because while Shweta’s lehenga was very simple, the selection of jewelery with it was also not right.

The necklace she wore covering her neck was creating the most distraction in her look, due to which her collar bone was not getting any chance to flaunt. Not only this, she wore pink-green bangles in her hand, instead of which handcuffs could have been a good option.
