Movie Master directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj starring Vijay. The film was released in theaters on the eve of Pongal and attracted a lot of attention. The film stars Vijay alongside Vijay Sethupathi, Arjun Das, Andrea, Malvika Mohanan, Chandanu Bhagyaraj, Nasser, Sanjeev, Srinath, Sreeman among others. The film was critically and commercially acclaimed.
Following the success of the film, Vijay is starring in the Neston Dilip Kumar directed film Beast. The recently released Arabic boxing song caught everyone’s attention. Following this film, Vijay is going to act in Vamsi Paidipally directed by ‘Doha’. As work on the Vamsi-directed film is about to begin, fans have started mumbling about Vijay’s next film. It has been reported that Vijay will be teaming up with director Lokesh Kanagaraj again in the next film. Lokesh is currently directing Kamal starrer ‘Vikram’. The shooting of the film has been completed recently. An official announcement on the much-anticipated alliance is expected.
