These awareness campaigns, which will continue until August 25, are part of the implementation of the third phase of the National Initiative for Human Development (INDH), in particular the program relating to improving the income and economic inclusion of young people, through strengthening their employability, supporting entrepreneurship and developing a new generation of projects likely to enhance local potential.

These actions are organized by the Provincial Human Development Committee (CPDH), in partnership with the design office responsible for implementing the Entrepreneurship axis and the Provincial Foundation for Economic and Social Development, which is responsible for management and running the youth orientation and support space for the INDH (Youth Platform in Taounate).

This initiative aims to come into contact with young people from rural areas carrying projects and allow them to consult experts in the field of entrepreneurship, to develop the spirit of entrepreneurship and to popularize the culture of self-employment among young people in the province of Taounate by offering technical support, assistance and support services before, during and after the creation of their businesses.

These awareness campaigns, which are carried out across the various local authorities in the province, target 400 young people (men and women).

Note that the first stage of the axis supporting entrepreneurship among young people in the province of Taounate during the year 2022 enabled the support of 421 project idea holders and the selection of 171 projects which were presented to the Provincial Human Development Committee.

Alongside these awareness campaigns, the Provincial Human Development Committee in Taounate announced a competition of project ideas open to young people, as part of the implementation of the income improvement and economic inclusion program for young people.
