How to make lentil soup
Take a pan and add water, pulses and vegetables and cook on low flame. Let all the vegetables cook until they become soft. You can also add butter in it instead of olive oil. When all these things are cooked properly, turn off the gas and let it cool down. Now grind it with a blender and remove all lumps. Now pour water in a pan and put it on the gas and cook for two to three minutes. After three minutes, turn off the gas and pour the soup into a bowl. Add lemon juice to it and feed it to the baby.

To make pumpkin soup, take one cup pumpkin in pieces, half cup chopped onion, one cup homemade vegetable stock, one-fourth teaspoon nutmeg powder, one teaspoon finely chopped parsley, two cups water. How to make Spinach Soup?
Take a pan, heat oil or butter and cook garlic, onion, celery and potatoes for five minutes. Let it cook on medium flame. Now add vegetable stock and let it boil. When it starts boiling, cover it and cook on low flame for ten minutes. Add spinach to it and cook for another ten minutes.
After this, turn off the gas and keep it to cool. Make the mixture thin like soup and then pour it into a bowl and serve. Pour sour cream over it and serve immediately.
