Speaker of the Iranian Parliament Mohammad Ghalibaf noted that Iran is open to detailed negotiations with France, which can play the role of mediator between Hezbollah and Israel. At the same time, he emphasized that there is no point in negotiating directly with Israel, since Iran considers it only an armed instrument of the United States.
