CSKA wants a meeting with the Bulgarian Football Federation to find out which rules are used in Bulgaria

The management of CSKA intends to initiate a meeting with the management of the BFS refereeing commission, in order to explain at least to the players and coaches exactly which rules are used in the Bulgarian championship, and to clear up the differences with that of FIFA.

The referee Dragomir Draganov once again fulfilled his task, which was given to him by unknown who, and broke the promises of the new president of the BFS, Georgi Ivanov-Gonzo, for equality between the clubs. As in the time of Borislav Mihailov, some turned out to be “more equal”.

There were two surprising moments in the match. In added time, the goalkeeper of the “blues” Milan Markovic cut down Aron Iseka in the penalty area, but it turned out that it was not enough for Draganov and his colleagues in the VAR-bus, Radoslav Gidzenov and Valentin Zhelezov. Maybe the situation went by too quickly on the replay and they didn’t get to see it. The other conclusion is that they simply played blind.

Just a few days ago, the goalkeeper of “Botev” (Vratsa) was expelled for the same situation, but he still wears a completely different team than that of Markovic.

Then there was a very fine moment when a Levski defender played with his hand to stop a lead pass to a CSKA forward, and then Draganov, to the surprise of many, gave away a corner.

The left-wingers claimed Liam Cooper’s red card for a foul on Sangare, but it ended up being a yellow because the striker was not in possession of the ball, unlike Iseka, who dug it over Markovic.

Cooper was the big hero for CSKA after coming off a bunch of painkillers for a torn stomach muscle, but he wanted to kick in the derby himself.

Draganov has a long history with CSKA, and several complaints have been filed against him.

The Reds thanked their incredible fans. “The battle is only lost by the one who does not participate. Thank you for your support”, the club wrote on Facebook.

Alexander Tomas started with the apologies. “Unpleasant loss, especially for our supporters. I want to apologize to our fans. We got in the better way. But when you create chances, you have to realize them. In the second half, we lost physically and gave the initiative to “Levski”. Not that they did anything, all their situations were after our mistakes. This will certainly affect us mentally”, were his words after another loss.

“If there is tension, we have to deal with it. There are other reasons, physically we drop out, these are things that are superimposed. This is the way, this is the way. CSKA must look much, much better like they did in the first half. We have reached the bottom, now it is only up”, he hopes.

“I am not a person who makes excuses, I bear responsibility. There were positive things, we tried to play football. I don’t understand the rest,” added the coach.

“We don’t score, but we create situations, they were clean. We had spaces. We managed to get out of the press. I cannot comment on whether or not there is a penalty. We want to win every single game and we will continue. Cooper is a professional and did the impossible to recover. He showed it on the field,” he added.

CSKA will fine Marcelinho Carreaso, who reached out to one of the boys who was supposed to return the ball, but was delaying the game at full strength.
