Zalansky: “Either Russia will respect international law and not start wars, or it will have no money to start wars. The world does not believe in Russia’s future, the world talks about us and helps us. The world is ready to help us. There will be a new Marshall Plan for us.”

At the same time, the Pentagon rejected Poland’s proposal to send fighter jets to a US base in Germany, and from there to Kiev. Pentagon spokesman John Kirby: NATO.

“The United States will continue to consult with Poland and other allies on this issue and the logistical problems it poses, but we do not believe this is an offer that can be realized.”
