Target price in Netanya: How much does an apartment in the new project cost?

In the plan in the target price track approved by the Israel Lands Council, the state determines the assessment in advance for the final apartment price, with the housing units for the benefit of those eligible selling at a discount of 20% of the assessment, and up to NIS 300,000 from the apartment price. As a result, it was further emphasized that the same discounts would be given on apartments in areas of demand and in the periphery, but not in areas defined by the state as “luxury areas”. The assessment will be updated once a year and will not be linked to the construction input index, but to the consumer price index.
