Football: Marrakech hosts the “CAF Awards” ceremony on December 16, 2024 (CAF)
Cairo – The city of Marrakech will host the “CAF Awards24” ceremony on December 16, 2024, the Confederation of African Football (CAF) announced on Thursday.
For the second year in a row, the ocher city will host this renowned event, welcomes CAF in a press release, recalling that the previous edition was marked by the presence of many celebrities and a resounding success.
During the last edition, the Nigerian Victor Osimhen was crowned “African Player of the Year” in the men’s category, while his compatriot Asisat Oshoala was the winner in the women’s category.
The “CAF Awards” celebrate the exceptional performances of African football players, both at club and national team level, and culminate with the presentation of the prestigious “African Player of the Year” trophies for men and women.
