The International Cricket Council’s (ICC) monthly Player of the Year award is given to the best player. India’s middle order batsman Shreyas Iyer, UAE batsman Viruthiya Arvind and Nepal’s middle order batsman Dibendra Singh Iri have been shortlisted for last month’s (February) Player of the Year award.
Similarly, Indian women’s team captain Mithali Raj, all-rounder Deepti Sharma and New Zealand all-rounder Amelie Kerr have been shortlisted for the Best Player award. Each of them won the ICC Player of the Year award. Will be selected on the basis of votes cast by members and fans of the Yin Approved Voting Committee.
