Purim celebrations begin

In honor of Purim, the Be’er Sheva Municipality, the Old City Directions Company and Beer Sheva Tourism Company have prepared a huge menu for you that includes plenty of activities, tours, plays for children, Purim happening, “Purim in the Parks”, a family festival in the parks, Israel’s largest street party in the Old City In the park Crasso Science, Purim in a magical atmosphere in Lunda, a variety of activities in the locomotive complex, a journey following the animals in the Negev zoo “Purim as before” at the Fringe Theater and many other activities in the tourist and cultural centers in the Old City.
Purim celebrations will be held in the parks on Thursday, March 17
The events will take place in the playground in the Ramot neighborhood, the children’s park in the Nahal Eshan neighborhood, the Australian soldier park, in the 11th neighborhood and in the fairy tale park in the Neve Zeev neighborhood.
In the program: The Land of Magic in the Kindergarten – a magic show by the magician Tzachi, a rhythm and drumming session, a bubble show “Bubble Trouble”, brain games and representations of living sculptures.
A circus from the movies in the amusement park – a circus show, an imaginary Didi, a local dance stage, a soap bubble workshop, circus workshops and clowns.
A musical celebration in the Australian Soldier Park – ‘Big Bicho Knows Everything’, a drumming workshop, inflatable scenery representatives and an inflatable orchestra.
The world of fairy tales in the fairy tale park in collaboration with the city’s youth movements – Hani the children’s star, dance ball, the prince and princess, Anna and Elsa, inflatables and a candy orchestra.
A tavern party in the municipal market
On Friday, March 18, starting at 10:00 a.m., a Greek tavern party will kick off at the municipal market: the municipal market is disguised as Greece. In the program: fresh market food, a drinks bar and a live performance.
Columbia Circus
During the month of March (between the dates 5-26.3) there will be a “Columbia Circus” show in Nahal Beer Sheva Park. A virtuoso Colombian circus, sweeping, daring, fascinating and full of surprises. A huge international production featuring acrobats, stuntmen, dancers, tumblers and clowns.

Between 5-26.3, the whole family arrives for a colorful and experiential carnival that includes plenty of family activities, enriching and intriguing. In the program: Purim missions for the whole family throughout the museum, art workshops, a huge floor game complex, an award-winning costume contest.
Science Crash Park
Purim Wizard in the Crash Park of Science: The world of science meets the world of magic! Potions workshop, three-dimensional workshops, exhibitions and play complexes, the events will take place between the dates 16-19.3.
Negev zoo – animal costumes in nature
Purim celebrations in the Negev zoo: eight stations with cool trivia questions and a sweet reward for correct solvers. Animal parcel deliveries, an award-winning costume contest, training positions on the subject: color and costumes in nature.
Purim events in the Old City
Between 17-19 / 3/2022 the Old City wears a holiday with a huge variety of activities, plays and shows for the whole family, an award-winning costume contest, happenings, art and makeup complexes.

Fringe Theater Square
On Thursday, March 17, starting at 10:00, there will be a special Purim happening that will include booths, inflatables, a craft workshop, a photo booth, a makeup booth, an award-winning costume contest and more. At 10:30 and 12:30 there will be a clown show in the rhymes ‘Shlocklockim’ for children aged 8-4.
On March 18, starting at 9:00 on the grass of the youth center, the Purim happening continues with ‘Asphalt Pinfera’ – a mobile circus show, ‘The Light of Hedgehogs’ – a children’s show, a show and the operation of soap bubbles.
The museum complex
In addition to art workshops, guided tours and a manga sculpture installation by artist Guy Sharaf, to be held at the museum complex in the Old City, visitors will enjoy a circus performance of the Cirque de Sorba’s comeback on Thursday, March 17 at 5:30 p.m. Seven that will take place the next day, 18.3 at 11:30.
On Thursday, March 17, at 10:00, a colorful Purim Rondo will be held for the whole family with Shoshi and friends – a mass Purim dance for the whole family with songs from big to small, movement and rhythm games and surprises. Between 12: 00-15: 00, every hour, there will be a staged tour around the locomotive complex with an actress and accompanied by puzzles and tasks for the whole family. At 16:00 there will be a circus show ‘Hula Hop’ – the queen of hoops from Chuncia in an experiential show for the whole family with hoops, balls and juggling.
The next day, Friday, March 18, there will be an entertaining children’s show for Purim, “The Magical Journey”. Also in the complex – floor games, soap bubbles and a colorful artists’ fair
