Russia’s and Ukraine’s foreign ministers are holding talks in Turkey amid a 15 – day war between Ukraine and Russia. It was attended by Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov and Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmitry Kuleba.
After three rounds of negotiations that ended in failure, will today’s negotiations end the war? That is expected.
