“It is essential for us to provide opportunities for young people to become familiar with the corporate environment and the responsibilities of leaders. Through initiatives like Manager for a Day, we give them a chance to be a part of our daily lives, even if only for a short time. We believe that in this way they will be able to learn more about the profession and also about what qualities and knowledge are necessary for successful implementation. We hope that my colleagues and I will inspire them for their future development.” says Miglena Uzunova-Tsekova, Senior Director of Human Resources.
Through commitments like this, A1 not only supports the professional development of young people, but also strengthens its role as a socially responsible company that invests in the future of generations.
