Volleyball “Levski” is the first sports club in Bulgaria with its own library

Levski Volleyball became the first sports club in Bulgaria to create its own library.

It will be officially opened on the Day of People’s Awakeners, November 1, in the “Levski Sofia” sports hall. The event will be attended by players and coaches from the men’s and women’s teams, as well as future stars from the “blue” school.

“The mission of Levski Volleyball Club is not just to build athletes at the best level, but also successful individuals outside the playing field. Not just physically fit athletes, but mentally and emotionally stable, thinking people, to be built as active citizens in every sphere of public life in which they would develop after sports.

And for the personal development of athletes, books are as important as medals and cups. That is why Levski Sofia Volleyball Club is creating its own library, the books of which will be available to the club’s players and team.

“Nearly 500 selected titles are included in the library for its opening, and it is planned that it will be enriched and developed in parallel with the entire club”, Levski wrote.

The official opening will be on November 1 at 1:00 p.m. in the “Levski Sofia” sports hall.
